David Round Chain Sheaves & Load Wheels

Since our inception in 1869, David Round Company is a recognized leader in providing reliable chain sheaves and chain wheels in the most demanding applications. Sheaves are typically center-bored, keyed to shafts or fitted with set screws. David Round’s hand-wheel sheaves are used in low-load applications such as roll up doors and hard-to-reach valve actuation. Load wheel sheaves are designed for handling heavy loads such as furnace doors, ladles, and other process equipment. Sheaves come standard with a blank hub to be machined as needed upon arrival or machining options for sheaves and guides (bores, keyways and setscrews) are available on request. With capacities up to 10,080 lbs., all DRC sheaves are precision engineered to perfectly mate with DRC chain. Optional guides for hand wheel sheaves listed below. All products available in additional sizes and capacities upon request. Made in the USA. Sheave warranty is voided if not paired with David Round Chain. FOB Shipping Point.
