Prefabricated Metal Stairs, UBC 

These Uniform Building Code (UBC or BOCA) metal stairs are prefabricated for easy installation.  These prefabricated stairs are suitable for  indoor or outdoor use.  Prefab stairways shipped knocked down for low shipping costs.  The are complete with safety yellow powder coated hand rails.  The treads are perforated for non skid safety.  The stair treads are galvanized, as are the stairway stringers.  Standard UBC stairs are sold with open risers.  Stairway Riser covers can purchased separately in 36" or 48" width.

Metal Stair Landings available in both single width for straight through egress and double width for turning.  Single width triple safety  rail  landings sell for just $1795.00 each when purchased with prefab stairs.  $2195 each for double width landings when purchased with prefabricated stairways.
